One of our goals from our Strategic Plan is to have the highest compensated staff in Southeastern Indiana, in order to retain and attract the best teachers, administrators, and support staff. We achieved this goal in 2019 when we were the first in the area to start our teachers at $40,000. For the 2022-2023 school year, our starting salary for teachers will be $45.000. In addition, we provide excellent health insurance benefits for our employees including Health Savings Account contributions of $1,500 - $3,000 depending on the plan selection.
New for the 2021-2022 school year will be a comprehensive Employee Wellness Program including free biometric screenings as well as a smartphone app and wellness portal powered by Go365.
